We are pleased to provide a free Emergency Identification Card to members of our community.

Information

The card provides personal information that may be useful in cases of accident or emergency for emergency services professionals.

  • Cardholder's contact details

  • Medical information (including blood type, allergy to penicillin, diabetic, epileptic, haemophiliac)

  • Who to notify in case of accident

The information gathered by Nelson Bros is not stored for any additional purposes other than for use on the Emergency ID card.
