Professional Services

We understand that families require flexibility in making decisions about funerals and our professional service fees reflect this. From the simplest service to the most complex, we are able to assist families with professionalism and quality. We also focus on providing the finest quality products and services, including coffins, caskets, urns, flowers, and vehicles. As a full service funeral provider, we are able to assist you with every aspect of the funeral to make it unique and designed for your exact requirements.

The provision of funeral services is divided into three key areas:

• Professional Services (these are the services the funeral director performs: e.g. arranging the funeral, preparing the deceased, conducting the funeral)
• Funeral Merchandise (this are items that the funeral director provides for the family: e.g. coffins, caskets, memorial books, urns)
• Funeral Disbursements (these are other people and organisations that we deal with to carry out the funeral: e.g. cemetery, crematorium, civil celebrant, newspaper, florist, doctor)

What our professional services include

Important Note: Our Service Fees are inclusive of a range of services which other funeral companies may charge as separate additional fees.

Delivery for cremation or burial before 9 a.m. the following weekday morning
Disbursements paid day prior to funeral
Balance paid within 30 days of signing agreement
All costs paid before funeral
Overseas repatriation
