It made a very sad, difficult time easier to bear. From the time that Mum’s remains were collected from her nursing home, to planning the funeral with you and to the actual day of the service, we all feel that we were met with professionalism and kindness and expertly guided through unknown territories and decisions. All the things you suggested were spot on. Mum’s neighbours, friends and family really appreciated the opportunity to post on the tribute wall – in these days of COVID – it was a wonderful way to express condolences, and the live stream gave people the opportunity to participate. We just wanted to let you know that the service that you provided for our mother, at St Marys Church in Altona, was truly amazing. From setting up the casket with the amazing flowers to passing out our service church booklet and donation envelopes to assisting us with walking the casket out, to driving pass her home and paying your respects to her by placing at floral tribute at her front door, you even walked onto the path to her front door and then bowing in her honour, driving past Altona beach, waiting for us when we got caught in traffic, to out setting up at the Memorial Park, the seats, canopy and then waiting until all the guests departed the grounds so further duties could be undertaken- all were a true act of respect to our family and our beautiful mother.
